Fluid Loss Additive

Fluid Loss Additive reduce infiltration of water / oil in the formation.

PAC (RG) is a uniquely modified cellulose polymer, engineered specifically to maintain a low and stable fluid loss while providing secondary inhibition of reactive shale and higher viscosity profile. The chemical provides superior wellbore stability, better cuttings integrity, improved solids control and lower drilling costs, and fits for all water-base mud systems.

PAC (LV) is a purified low molecular weight polymer. It is a water soluble filtration loss controller; The low viscosity grade causes minimal increase in viscosity. The additive provides improved shale control and is primarily used in weighted systems to avoid an uncontrollable viscosity build-up.

PGS is a high quality preserved Polysaccharide Derivative used to provide rheology stability and filtration control in all types of water based drilling fluid systems. It is a non ionic natural polymer and is highly effective in all waters, including high salinity and high hardness brines. The product helps in reducing fluid loss.

High Temperature Starch is modified potato starch and provides high thermal stability to about 150°C (302°F). High Temperature Starch is meant for use as a fluid loss control additive in drilling fluids where resistance against fermentation and high temperature stability are required. Our product is suitable for all water-based drilling, work over and completions fluids.

CMC (HVG) is a high viscosity and high molecular weight dispersible fluid loss additive, designed to provide viscosity and reduce API filtration rate to water based drilling fluids. It is suited for water-loss and rheological control in low-solids mud and is a highly efficient viscosifier in all other drilling muds.

Resinated Lignite is a high temperature and a broad application fluid loss control agent that can be used in virtually all water based mud systems in the presence of contaminants. The chemical does not increase the viscosity of the drilling fluid but will stabilize the fluid at high temperature bottom hole conditions, up to 170 – 180ºC.
